Full Job Description
Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Operations Business Administrator to support our Pricing and Procurement Department at Ewing Outdoor Supply. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role will assist in coordinating and executing operational tasks, managing data and records, and supporting various projects to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the company. The Operations Business Administrator will report directly to the Director of Pricing and will work closely with other team members.
Hourly Pay Range: $25.00-28.00
Location: 3441 E Harbour Drive Phoenix, AZ 85034
Schedule: Mon-Fri 40 hours weekly
Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Assist in coordinating and implementing operational processes and procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate data and records related to operations
- Support the Operations Manager in tracking and analyzing operational performance metrics
- Assist in project management tasks, including coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operational tasks
- Assist in resolving operational issues and discrepancies
- Provide administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and reports
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts to streamline operations
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative support or operations role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time efficiently
