Position: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Pain Management)
Location: Peoria, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time (4 Days/week)
Compensation: $100k - $225k / year
Bonus: RVU

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant role in Pain Management is a clinical professional responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients experiencing chronic or acute pain. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applying comprehensive, patient-centered care, and maintain a compassionate disposition while addressing patients' pain management needs. The role also includes working in collaboration with medical professionals across diverse disciplines to ensure cohesive evaluation and management of patients' pain conditions.
Duties:
1. Assess, diagnose, and treats patients who are experiencing acute or chronic pain.
2. Develop patient-specific pain management plans utilizing various treatment modalities.
3. Assist physicians in administering pain management interventions such as intravenous infusions or other therapeutic procedures.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team professionals to enhance patient care quality.
5. Maintain accurate, detailed reports of patients’ histories and physical examination findings, diagnostic images, and other relevant health information.
6. Counsel and educate patients about pain management, preventive care strategies, and overall wellness.
7. Monitor the effects of pain management treatment and adjusting care plans as necessary.
8. Adhere to methodologies and policies to ensure patient well-being and safety.
9. Participate in ongoing training and professional development pertinent to pain management.
10. Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities based on patients' conditions and aspirations.
Requirements
- Completion of US Based NP/PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)
- AZ State NP/PA License (Or able to obtain)
