Position: Primary Care Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Patient Load: Average of 20-25 patients per day
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year base salary, with additional performance-based bonuses

Primary Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, health maintenance, and effective management of chronic conditions.
- Thorough Assessments: Conduct detailed physical examinations, review medical histories, and utilize advanced diagnostic tools to create accurate assessments.
- Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs, ensuring they achieve optimal health outcomes.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on their health conditions, preventive measures, and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals across disciplines to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth transitions between services.
- EHR Management: Document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health records accurately.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all medical laws, regulations, and ethical standards in patient care.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.
- Education: NP/PA Program Completed in USA (Not Puerto Rico)
- DEA License: DEA license with no restrictions.
- Credentialing: Eligible for credentialing with Managed Care Organizations.
- Experience: Open to new graduates eager to develop their skills in a patient-centered setting.
