Nurse Practitioner

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Tucson, AZ. Our state-of-the-art centers are newly built and equipped with cloud-based electronic health records and technology, enabling our practitioners to deliver exceptional outpatient primary care. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative team, providing care to a Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of only 8-12 patients a day.
• Provide outpatient primary care with no nights, weekends, or in-hospital calls.
• Participate as part of a collaborative care team that includes Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team members.
• Deliver high-quality care focused on patient satisfaction and alignment with company values.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology and cloud-based electronic health records to enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Current, active, and non-probationary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona.
• At least 2 years of experience in primary care, internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine.
• BLS/ACLS certification.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
• Comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
