Marketing Manager - Saguaro Harley-Davidson

Saguaro Harley-Davidson is looking for a Marketing Manager to promote our company’s brand and services. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to support the dealership’s objectives and the Harley-Davidson brand, as well as be responsible for organizing and implementing on and off-site events.

The ideal candidate will have both a creative side that drives them to develop cutting edge campaigns and merchandise and a methodical side for organizing budgets. You have a passion for interacting with customers and consider working with motorcycles a dream job!

Responsibilities

• Set up on and off-site events
• Maintain and inventory marketing equipment
• Print and hang signs as well as merchandise store for promotions & events
• Make social media posts across all social platforms
• Work tradeshows and sales booths
• Professionally interact with vendors and clients
• Coordinate events
• Develop marketing campaigns for new products and services. This includes formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each
• Work with store departments to help display as well as run promotional events to bring in new and existing customers

Requirements

• Two years of marketing experience i.e. marketing, brand, events, or account coordinator desired
• Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
• SEO/SEM knowledge is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement desired, not required
• Knowledge of Harley-Davidson Products desired
• Must have Customer Service experience and an outgoing personality
• Experience working events and marketing products to the public
