Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to oversee our consumer-focused marketing strategies. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns to attract and engage our target consumer audience in pediatric dentistry, ultimately driving growth and revenue for our dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute consumer marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and direct mail.
  • Develop creative and compelling content for marketing materials, campaigns, and advertisements targeted towards our consumer audience.
  • Execute marketing strategies and interpret data to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and understand our consumer demographics, preferences, and behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer data to optimize marketing efforts and drive business results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
  • Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior DSO or healthcare industry experience
