Our BRAND NEW Manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona is hiring!
We are excited to hire skilled Machine Operators (Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming) to join our team at Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, known for delivering innovative and high-quality wellness products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate thermoforming/vacuum forming machines to produce acrylic parts according to specifications
- Set up and adjust machine settings, such as temperature, speed, and pressure based on products
- Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Responsible for changing the molds and adjusting gripping clamps to fit acrylic sheet size.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
- Pay: $23/hr + based on experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Machine Operating experience. Previous experience operating thermoforming/vacuum forming machines is highly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required (75lbs)
