Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an excellent Life Insurance Virtual Sales Agent who can call back leads, schedule and run appointments, and get commission on life insurance production. Full training and mentorship to the right people. But you must be willing to get licensed first (which can take a couple of weeks).

You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect!

Responsibilities

  • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
  • Call warm leads generated in our system
  • Assist prospects with garnering appropriate coverage to meet their needs
  • Mentor your teammates and participate in occasional training and meetings

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
  • MUST live in and be authorized to work in the U.S.
