Full Job Description
REC is looking for a Licensed Landscape Architect for our client (100% Employee Owned Firm) in Phoenix, AZ. This role will play a key part in guiding design teams through all project phases—from site analysis to construction administration. You will work alongside a talented group of landscape architects, engineers, architects, designers, and support staff to bring projects to life.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Assist: Guide design teams through project phases including conceptual design, development, and construction documentation.
- Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities and assist with winning repeat work. Develop project win strategies.
- Project Oversight: Serve as Lead Principal-in-Charge for your practice area, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold our Quality Management System (QMS) by enforcing quality control measures and reviewing project performance metrics.
- Team Leadership: Strategize with Project Managers to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining profitability.
Core Duties:
- Collaborate with senior staff in research, site analysis, and construction documentation for diverse public and private projects.
- Produce graphic presentations and study models.
- Conduct construction observations to ensure project fidelity.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or BSLA) from an accredited program.
- Licensed Landscape Architect, with project management experience preferred.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary project team settings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, and interest in software such as LandFX, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
