Landscaping Laborer

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaping Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and crew members to and from job sites and assisting with various landscaping tasks. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, transporting materials, equipment, and crew to and from job sites.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of tools, equipment, and materials required for landscaping projects.
• Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including planting, mowing, trimming, mulching, and irrigation system maintenance.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in company vehicles.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
