Inside Sales Manager | Role Overview

Pay: $75k - $90k DOE

Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, AZ is preferred. Remote if necessary.

Ewing Outdoor Supply is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive our sales efforts through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales management, and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company dedicated to providing high-quality irrigation and landscape supplies.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the inside sales department, establish sales goals, develop training programs for sales staff, and actively engage with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish sales goals and performance metrics to evaluate the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively, fostering strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Knowledge of the landscaping or irrigation industry is a plus.
