Industrial Construction Recruiter (Commercial and Industrial Experience Only)

As an Industrial Construction Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the placement process. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in recruiting for construction positions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping candidates find the right career fit.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand staffing needs
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Pay: $50k - $70k Based on Experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the industrial construction industry
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
