Full Job Description

The Inbound Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role within the marketing team, focusing on identifying new opportunities and enhancing campaign effectiveness. This role involves executing email marketing and website content strategies, managing digital ads, creating campaigns, and technical execution.  

The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, attention to detail, and strong project management abilities, capable of working independently or collaboratively. They should be innovative thinkers with experience in inbound marketing, a deep understanding of digital channels, and exceptional writing and communication skills. 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience (creation, execution, optimization, and measurement) in inbound marketing or digital marketing experience in a B2B environment 
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot (marketing automation, email, and CRM software), HTML/CSS, Google ads, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and SEMrush. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating content for various channels 
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and keyword research  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Flexible with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects 
  • Critical thinker with strategic mindset and ability to generate new ideas, troubleshoot issues and solve problems 
  • A desire to learn and grow in the marketing field 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
