Full Job Description
We're hiring for multiple HVAC Technician Openings!
You will be joining a great group of HVAC and Home Service professionals. We offer a stable base plus amazing commission opportunities. You'll receive a guaranteed hourly rate between $35 and $65 per hour, and will get an additional percentage of every transaction.
First Year Earning Potential is $85,000 and $175,000
We also offer a new hire bonus of $10,000 for our HVAC Technicians. You'll receive half after 90 days, and half after 180 days. You'll also receive a take-home company vehicle, 3 weeks of PTO, 401K, and Full Health Benefits.

Requirements
- 2+ years of HVAC Install or Maintenance Experience
- Valid Driver's License and a Clean Driving Record
- EPA or NATE Certification is a huge plus
- Willing to go through a background check
- Willing to complete a Pre-Employment Drug Screening
