HVAC Sales Technician

We're hiring for multiple Residential HVAC Technicians!

Offering up to $250,000 per year! We are also offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10K. We pride ourselves on the top pay rates in the industry, paid training, tons of room for advancement into more senior positions, and great perks!

Rooter Hero Provides over $10,000 dollars worth of training with in the first year. 

• National Comfort Institute (air balance certification) included in first year.
• Heat Load Calculations training
• Static Pressure testing training
• Air Distribution design training
• Sales training for individual parts and equipment. 

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ Years of Residential HVAC Experience
• 2+ Years of Direct Sales Experience (on a performance model) - Not required
• Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable working directly with customers

Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a background check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortable working nights and weekend as scheduled
