HVAC/Plumbing Sales (Commercial)

We're hiring for a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Sales Leader! Come join our growing team as we build the best service companies in the country using our technology!

You will have a $40K guaranteed base, with year one earning potential up to $100,000

You will be responsible for running HVAC Sales calls for commercial properties. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing their needs, going through proposals, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service.

Your day to day will include:

• Creating new business and building client relationships 
• Creating and maintaining sales route records
• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects
• Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of HVAC/Plumbing
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
• Make group presentations to prospect organizations
• Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years of HVAC or Plumbing Sales experience in a commercial setting
• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
