Our client, a prominent leader in the marketing and technology integration sector, is looking for an experienced and skilled HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a critical role within a fast-paced, innovative organization where you will have the opportunity to influence organizational culture and spearhead strategic HR initiatives.
Position Summary
The HR Manager will be a key player in managing diverse HR functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor regulations, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of talent management, employee relations, and HR best practices, combined with the ability to navigate complex organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, EEO), address employee relations concerns, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Lead recruitment initiatives, develop talent strategies, and design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Employee Benefits & Compensation: Oversee U.S.-specific employee benefits programs (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and create compensation packages that align with industry benchmarks and organizational objectives.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI efforts by crafting policies and programs that promote an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
- Change Management: Guide employees through organizational transitions, fostering adaptability and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 15 HR professionals across key functions, including business partnering, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRMS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective interpersonal relationships.
- Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and utilize insights for strategic decision-making.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
