About the Role

• Perform general carpentry and repair tasks, such as patching drywall, replacing damaged flooring, and fixing fixtures
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Assist with electrical and plumbing repairs
• Assemble and install furniture and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or Skilled Laborer
• Strong knowledge of various construction and repair techniques
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
