What you’ll be doing

  • Create and Execute Winning Strategies: Collaborate with product managers and the growth marketing team to devise powerful product marketing strategies. Design, test, implement, and continuously refine data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that make a mark.
  • Content Maestro: Manage content creation, marketing agencies, and our marketing budget with meticulous detail and unwavering passion. Your content will captivate, engage, and convert.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Coach high-performing Growth Marketing Associates, facilitating their success, career growth, and job satisfaction. Your guidance will build the next generation of marketing stars.
  • Global Expansion Advocate: Support the international launch and growth of our new products and market entries, particularly in our industrial and clean energy business segments. Your strategies will drive our global footprint.
  • Brand Champion: Own and elevate our brand, ensuring it is vibrant, differentiated, and evolving. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, sales, the executive team, operations, and talent and culture to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Event Excellence: Represent and enhance our brand at major international industry events like Wind Energy Hamburg, Intersec, IMTS, and RE+. Your presence will make waves and foster invaluable connections.
  • Internal Advocate: Support internal and cultural initiatives needing marketing magic. Ensure these efforts shine on social media, reflecting our vibrant company culture.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Exceptional Communicator and Collaborator: Your ability to convey ideas clearly and work seamlessly with diverse teams is second to none.

What we need from you

  • 3+ years of success in developing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to foster demand generation and lead conversion
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Growth mindset with an intrinsic desire to learn and evolve
  • Willingness to travel on occasion (approximately once per quarter)
  • Desire to work in the Scottsdale office in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • Passionate commitment to demonstrating Firetrace values
