We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global/Regional Business Development Lead based in Tucson, Arizona. This role will be based in Tucson, Arizona. As the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving the company's global and regional growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global and regional business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, both locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and human resources, to develop and implement effective business development initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the company's services and value proposition.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and achievements.
  • Travel occasionally to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in global and/or regional business development, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with clients and partners at various levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the executive search industry and business development best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
