Riot Hospitality Group is currently looking for our next great General Manager to join our team! Please note that this position is located in the venue/restaurant and is not a Corporate Office role. The venue/restaurant will be determined based upon business need.

We're searching for a candidate who can: 

• Supervise and coordinate operations within the establishment.
• Lead and develop the team.
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food/beverage preparation.
• Train and manage staff.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or other related fields.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
