Join the team at ABLEMKR as an Iron Worker/Welder and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As an Iron Worker/Welder, you will play a crucial role in the installation and fabrication of steel structures. With your expertise in welding and ironworking, you will ensure the strength, stability, and durability of our construction projects.
About the Role:
We are urgently seeking 35 General Laborers with preferably at least 6 months of construction experience to undertake a physically intensive project cleaning out a bag house. This role is demanding and requires the use of shovels, picks, and rakes. Candidates must be prepared to work in a physically demanding environment and wear a 100% respirator at all times during work.
Worksite Location: Springerville, Arizona
Responsibilities:
- Physically clean out the bag house using shovels, picks, and rakes.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in construction or related fields, preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must complete a 45-minute online site training prior to start.
- Must provide a valid email address for training and coordination purposes.
- Willingness to undergo random drug testing as part of our commitment to safety and compliance.

- Vest (optional)
- Boots (composite material acceptable)
