This luxury hotel, located in a southeastern coastal city, is a re imagined mid-century modern property within a historic building, redesigned to fuse contemporary elegance with classic Southern charm. The hotel features thoughtfully curated spaces, such as a refined lounge that echoes the comfort of a traditional living room and a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the city.

Guest rooms and suites are outfitted with upscale furnishings, marble-accented bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase stunning city views. Guests can relax at an on-site spa offering treatments with locally inspired botanical, along with a boutique featuring regional artisan goods. Known for its high level of service and carefully crafted luxury, this hotel provides an experience that captures the timeless allure of a southeastern coastal destination.

Position: Managing Director
Salary: $200,000 - $220,000 + 20% bonus and discretionary bonus
Relocation Package: $10,000 - $15,000, includes 60 days of temporary housing

Financial Oversight:

  • Total Property Revenue: $33 million
    • Rooms: $20 million
    • Food & Beverage: $10 million
    • Spa: $2 million
    • Other Miscellaneous: $1 million
  • Average Daily Rate (ADR): $600 - $675
  • Occupancy Rate: 80% average

Requirements

Successful Applicant Requirements:

  • Academic background in hotel management or related fields; a master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Career experience in luxury hospitality, with expertise in strategic planning.
  • Specialization in F&B, Rooms, or similar roles (e.g., Hotel Manager, GM).
  • Deep market knowledge and awareness of competitors.
  • Leadership characterized by calmness and emotional control.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages as a plus.
  • Familiarity with the wellness sector.
  • Experience within international and luxury hotel brands.
