SEVEN @ Caesar's Republic Scottsdale is currently looking for a Floor Manager to join our team!

We're searching for a candidate who can: 

• Manage and supervise the floor staff
• Ensure smooth operations during service hours by coordinating with the kitchen staff and expediting orders
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and quality control
• Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and increase sales

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Culinary background is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
