Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times during the flight.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and needs promptly.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and the use of emergency equipment to passengers before takeoff.
• Serve meals and beverages to passengers, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, taking care of any special requirements.
• Manage in-flight sales and promote products when applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cabin and galley areas throughout the flight.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fluent in English and one additional language; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable working irregular hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with poise.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
