Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers before, during, and after flights.
• Assist passengers with boarding and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Serve meals, beverages, and snacks during flights in a friendly manner.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is equipped for passenger needs.
• Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the flight.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulations at all times.
• Communicate with the flight crew to ensure a seamless flying experience for all passengers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid passport.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to speak another language is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry luggage as needed.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit.
