Full Job Description

 As a PCRK Financial Analyst you will partner with business operations and functional leaders to complete business plans and rolling forecasts for PCRK and PCRK’s 131 Massage Envy Clinics.  You will prepare and interpret standard reports and KPIs to help the Company’s general managers and leadership make smart, informed decisions. 

Your familiarity with Business Intelligence platforms will allow you to automate reports to make them readily available to managers.  As a key go-to analyst, you will develop decision models and perform analysis to evaluate growth opportunities, cost reductions, go – no go and make-buy decisions.  You may also support business process re-engineering and vendor negotiations, including RFPs as requested.  You will report directly to the head of Financial planning and analysis and regularly interface with the Company’s senior leadership and field operations.

Requirements

  • Help oversee and administer the company’s annual planning, budget, and forecast processes to ensure the company and each clinic has an operating growth plan and understands how to achieve it,
  • Prime, maintain, and continuously improve of the company’s planning tool, responsibilities may include overseeing the company’s annual planning calendar and quarterly forecast cycle.
  • Aid in the design of incentive compensation plans to align clinic management to corporate objectives and oversee the company’s incentive compensation model for clinic managers.
  • Support completion of the company’s daily, weekly, and monthly reporting cadence, including key compliance reports to our lender and Franchisor.
  • Working with the company’s systems analyst, use Business Intelligence to ensure the company has accurate and usable data and that standard financial and operating reports may be produced with minimal effort.
  • Track and report on performance against plan(s) and coordinate with department heads and the CEO and CFO as necessary ; oversee the production of the Company’s Monthly reporting package.
  • Oversee projects, often comprised of cross-functional teams,  to evaluate opportunities and challenges within the business and make informed decisions, including projects to improve  business processes and controls.
  • Work directly with two or more regions within the PCRK network as a business partner, including monthly reviews, training regional leaders to use financial statements and tools to improve business results and provide analysis and advice that improves performance.
  • Provide value-added insights and narrative to assure stakeholders understand drivers of financial performance and value driving KPIs; stakeholders include Lender, P/E Sponsor, executive team, functional and field management, and franchisor
  • Partner with accounting to review pre-close financial statements and ensure financials and key accruals are accurate, complete, and timely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or quantitative field.
  • Three + years experience in financial Planning, analysis, or related work.
  • Strong working knowledge of Business Intelligence and Data Analysis and related tools including ability to build and maintain dashboards. PCRK uses PowerBI, DOMO, and Empower for reporting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Strong Excel Modeling skills and model building
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs and business value drivers
  • Sage Intact experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Powerpoint and the ability to create presentations and case analyses in Powerpoint and Word.
  • Ability to work well in groups and independently
  • Experience leading projects and working as a business partner with departments outside finance, including the training of field personnel about PnL management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Good business acumen and understanding of business value drivers
  • Self-starter

Benefits

Rate of Pay: $68,000 - $100,000 DOE Annually + Up to 10% Target Bonus

Location: Hybrid, based in Phoenix
