Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Schedule: Full-Time

Travel: No

Compensation: $220k - $250k / year

Bonus: RVU

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and ambitious Family Medicine Physician for a full-time position in our esteemed healthcare facility in Casa Grande, AZ. The successful individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive medial care services to patients of all ages, meeting both their mental and physical health needs. The professional will join a collaborative team of healthcare providers dedicated to high-quality patient care in a family-oriented setting.

Duties:

1. Conduct regular thorough examinations on newborns, adolescents, adults, and seniors to monitor and track their health.

2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, provide preventive care, and promote overall well-being.

3. Provide patient-centered care which develops strong physician-patient relationships.

4. Attend to clinical responsibilities such as labs, callbacks, prescriptions, protocols while adhering to clinic policies.

5. Collaborate with other physicians, physician assistants and nurses to create a seamless healthcare experience for the patients.

6. Develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.

7. Educate patients and their family members on disease prevention and plan of care.

8. Perform minor surgical procedures safely in an office setting.

9. Administer vaccinations and counsel patients regarding the same.

10. Follow all established guidelines for patient confidentiality and safety.

11. Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters in our electronic health record system.

12. Participate in ongoing quality improvement activities.

13. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in family medicine and the medical industry as a whole.

14. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations as applicable.

Other Requirements:

  • Arizona MD/DO License (Or able to obtain)
  • Completion of Family Medicine Training Program in USA (Excluding Puerto Rico)
