Our founders personally experienced the hassle and delays of dealing directly with the government and knew there had to be a better way. They created DD214Direct to offer veterans an alternative to being just another number in the bureaucratic queue.

Now in business for nearly a decade, we have put together a highly efficient team of professionals who work diligently to deliver on our customers’ needs.

You will be taking in calls and using your utmost knowledge of our products and services you will help our clients understand how we can best meet their needs.

You will end work every day knowing you helped a US veteran get approved for a mortgage, placed in a nursing home, given the proper honors at a funeral, shop discounts, and many other benefits.

You are someone who embodies a desire to help others, able to really listen to our veterans’ needs, and communicate clearly how exactly DD214Direct.com can do that. Your key skills include:

• Proven experience in client engagement, customer service, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of the English language (with an American Accent)
• Candidates with academic honors will be given preference.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
