Dynamic Commercial Collector Wanted

Are you an experienced Commercial Collector?

BARR Credit Services is seeking a dynamic and skilled collector to join our team. As a Commercial Collector, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts and ensuring the timely and successful collection of outstanding debts.

In this role, you will:

• Initiate contact with debtors and negotiate payment arrangements
• Investigate and analyze creditworthiness of debtors
• Monitor and track payment plans
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
• Resolve disputes and delinquencies
• Prepare and present reports to management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 3 years of commercial collections experience
• Strong knowledge of debt collection regulations and practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze credit information and make informed decisions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using collection management software
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
