Full Job Description
Our client currently seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to join their team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating the schedules and activities of the field technicians. Your duties will include receiving service requests, assigning technicians to jobs, and monitoring job progress. You will communicate with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of scheduling in a service oriented company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
