Full Job Description
Looking for a Director of Surgical Services for a top Hospital in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This is a full-time/permanent role with an excellent compensation and benefits package. This Hospital is also very progressive and values and appreciates its staff as well as the privilege to care for its patients.
This position directs the activities and resources of the department to achieve organizational objectives. The Director also utilizes their nursing and clinical experience as well as leadership ability to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care and smooth running of the department.
Requirements
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s and/or Master’s preferred
• Prior surgical experience
• Experience as a Supervisor/Manager
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent decision-making ability
• Current AZ RN or compact license
