Summary of Position

We're a dynamic team seeking a Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced office in North Phoenix.

We need an organized, task-driven individual with a keen eye for detail to guide our new clients through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should excel at quick problem-solving and be solution-oriented.

Position Responsibilities

  • Supporting strong relationships with business owners from kick-off meetings to post launch. 
  • Understanding a client’s business, goals and challenges, as if they were your own 
  • Coordinating client-facing meetings and internal team meetings 
  • Bridging the gap between client communication and the internal teams’ objectives 
  • Creating and overseeing the execution of website project timelines 
  • Coordinating the sharing of resources and client information between design, development and internal marketing departments 
  • Document updates frequently in CRM and Project Management software 
  • Providing feedback or revisions to both designers and developers at various stages in the process 
  • Assisting with user and internal cross-browser testing to ensure the final website product meets the original scope 
  • Providing coordination and support to the development team during the website launch preparation  
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service/client-facing (in-person or virtual experience) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone and email communication 
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, GMB, GTM, and SEM 
  • Previous project management experience 
  • Sales experience or understanding of B2B/B2C marketing sales (preferred) 
  • Understanding of DNS and hosting (preferred) 
  • Experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRMs (preferred) 
  • Familiarity with WordPress (preferred) 
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Coachable nature 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines 
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Adaptability and quick grasp of new concepts 
  • Effective multitasking and priority management skills

The total compensation for this opportunity includes a base salary range of $50,000 - $65,000, a potential for quarterly bonuses contingent on company performance, plus medical, dental, vision, and employee assistance benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
