Full Job Description
We're a growing, family-owned pest control company in Arizona with over 10,000 satisfied customers. Our goal is to dominate the Arizona market, and we're looking for experienced pest control technicians to join us on this journey.
This is a commission-driven position on top of an hourly base. You'll bring home between $60 and $300 a day on top of your base! We are committed to making sure our top performers are bringing home the best pay in the industry - hands down.
We're not a corporate or international company, and we believe in treating our employees like family. You'll also have 20 paid days off per year, plus 4 paid holidays.
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Previous Phone-Based Customer Support Experience, Including Lead Gen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent computer & technology skills
- Able to handle up to 100 calls a day during our busiest times
