• Hourly pay rate $19.00 to start with advancement opportunities

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contract
• Provide feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative regarding measurements or pricing issues.
• Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date
• Review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashion
• Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients
• Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration

HOURS

• Full-time Monday- Friday and every other Saturday (OT at time and a half)- 2 shifts are available.
• 8:00am-4:30pm (1st shift)
• 11:30am- 8:00pm (2nd shift)

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Customer service and data entry experience
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Construction contract experience (preferred)
