Trench Safety Division

As a Delivery Tech/CDL A Driver for Trench Shore Rental/Trebor Shoring Rentals/Sunstate Equipment, your primary responsibility is to help meet the Equipment needs of our customers by delivering and picking up equipment in a timely, safe and courteous manner as well as operate a variety of construction equipment such as knuckle boom crane for unloading and loading purposes, forklifts and other equipment as directed by Management.

Requirements

Preferred Qualities/Experience:

  • Class A CDL License & DOT Medical Card is required – no wiggle room on this. (Sunstate will pay for DOT Medical card renewal if needed)
  • 50% of work will be transporting Trench and MAP shoring to and from customer job sites using flatbed trailer semi trucks. Flatbed semi experience is required.
  • 50% of work will include, but not limited to, assembling and disassembling trench and map boxes in the yard and job sites.
  • Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 90 pounds
  • Maintain customer relations by consistently being courteous, professional and helpful. Drivers are considered an extension of sales.
  • Pride in the knowledge that the work you do saves lives!

Required Licenses and Certifications:

  • CDL Class A
  • DOT Medical Card
