Full Job Description

RumbleOn is seeking a highly-organized and dependable individual with strong communication skills and at least 3 years of strong A/P, GL dealership experience to join our team as our Corporate Controller on site! This is a wonderful environment and can be a long-term ‘home’ for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily posting of bank transactions
  • Sales deal billing; loading inventory into EVO
  • Process daily OEM dealer transfers
  • Enter A/P invoices and process vendor checks
  • Monthly OEM parts statement reconciliations
  • F&I products/warranty cancellations
  • Weekly intercompany reconciliations between stores
  • Month-end closing process• General Ledger reconciliations, assist with month-end close
  • Comply with all company safety programs, rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions that are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
  • Ad hoc assignments by the corporate controller, as you progress

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years A/R A/P Experience
  • Minimum 3 years automotive dealership experience
  • Dealership Office Management/Accounting experience strongly desired
  • Vehicle Title work experience is strongly desired
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under limited supervision
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work additional hours as needed mid-month and month-end to complete payroll and month-end close
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
