Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end closing process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy while continuously improving efficiency and preparation of account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in the preparation of financial reporting package and variance analysis.
- Responsible for revenue recognition and cost accrual procedures.
- Lead the development of innovative tools and processes to integrate our systems and enhance performance
- Partner with teams such as sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory
- Build and maintain robust financial controls and procedures
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting degree
5+ years of progressive finance experience, with demonstrable experience in a Controller or senior financial role, including overseeing month-end closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
ERP Proficiency: Proven experience working with ERP systems to manage financial data and reporting.
Advanced Excel Skills: Strong ability to use advanced Excel functions for financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Expertise in preparing monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and managing revenue recognition and cost accrual procedures.
Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
