The Digital Content Marketing Specialist will serve as a voice across email communication, website content, social media and other digital materials. This position will work in the Digital Marketing Team to ensure content aligns with overall digital strategy creating content that is highly valuable, community building, resourceful, and engaging while targeted, localized and impacts the business. Using a growth-oriented mindset, you will create, deploy, and manage content across multiple channels while leveraging insights and analytics. You will work closely with channel and content managers, designers and all of Marketing creating highly valuable, quality customer experiences and brand interactions.

Hourly Pay: $26.50-38.00

Bachelors Degree Required

Key areas of responsibility: 

  • Email marketing content and platform development
  • Create and distribute digital content including blogs and landing pages  
  • On-page SEO strategy and execution  
  • Email, social and content analytics

Job Duties:

  • Provide recommendations on innovative ways to use social platforms and digital content to tell stories, interact and build community and drive engagement and traffic.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars for creation/sharing of seasonally relevant content blog posts, landing pages, social media, eBooks/downloadable resources, infographics, video, etc.
  • Manage social marketing platforms to include creating content, managing communications, and developing new methods to engage customers.
  • Run paid digital campaigns on social media and other channels to meet campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to implement business and marketing strategies for field and Field Support Center personnel.
  • Maintain thorough files and project records and track communications for future reference if needed.
  • Conceptualize, develop and craft marketing copy/messaging that conveys and strengthens our branding.
  • Drive content strategy that reflects brand framework, seasonal themes and individual product launches
  • Drive campaigns to grow audience engagement and following across all social media platforms and touchpoints.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive information and content performance analytics.
  • Optimize content for best SEO results. Execute, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to increase content KPI’s.
  • Monitor and analyze social media data insights, generating routine performance reports.
