Construction Sales Executive

Arizona Foam & Spray is looking for candidates that have a strong Construction Sales Background.   If you are goal and result driven, pay great attention to detail and need minimal supervision, apply to this position.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Drive sales through the growth of existing clients

·        Generate new business opportunities

·        Develop new relationships within the residential and commercial construction communities

·        Master the construction sales process: Capture/ Prequalify/ Assign/ Take off/ Estimate / Proposal / Follow-up. 

·        Perform all stages from the selling to the closing of a project.

·        Displaying Time management skills by having documents for customers on time, such as proposals and construction bids, change orders, weekly call reports.

·        Achieve/exceed new sales call targets per month within a specified territory

·        Familiarize themselves with architectural specifications and construction design elements

·        Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals

·        Inspect, scope, photograph and estimate projects

·        Maintain acceptable profit margins

·        Solicit project documents and information

·        Follow up on all outstanding estimates with clients

·        Maintain sales quota for each quarter and year as provided

·        Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills

·        Display excellent time management

Must haves:

·        5+ years in the construction industry or related field

·        Book of business is a plus (not a requirement)

·        Must be organized and self-Motivated

·        Great Communicator and active listener

·        Must be computer savvy

·        Experienced with excel files

·        Experienced in reading Blueprints

·        Working knowledge or Proficient in Blue Beam

·        Working knowledge or Proficient in CRM, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365

·        Working knowledge or Proficient in Salesforce

Education

·        Bachelors Degree in Construction/ Business or related field ( a plus not a requirement)

·        High School Diploma

·        Strong understanding of the construction industry
