Join our team as a Document Processor (Collateral Administrator) and become the guardian of our Custodial System! We are searching for someone with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure the filing and integrity of important documents. This role will involve processing funding, releases, and replacements, all while maintaining the smooth functioning of our system.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the Custodial system, entering and releasing accounts as needed;
- Ensure that collateral files are pulled or filed according to established department guidelines;
- Efficiently file numerically, as well as alphabetically;
- Prepare, verify, and review new file and release documentation for completeness and accuracy;
- Ensure that all tasks are completed according to established department deadlines;
- Assist clients, lenders, and staff with research requests;
- Maintain 24-hour response time to all internal and external customer requests; and
- Complete document audits and other departmental tasks, as needed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
- 1+ years in the financial, title, or escrow industry, desirable
- Accurate 10-key skills, 10,000 keystrokes per hour
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Strong time management skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and an intermediate Excel user
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work collaboratively with other cross-functional teams
- Must have integrity, passion for accuracy, service, and self/team success
