Our partners at The Healing Chamber are looking for a Clinical Manager to join their team!
As a Clinical Manager at our holistic healing center, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This role combines clinical expertise with managerial responsibilities to create a supportive and healing environment for both staff and clients.
Position Highlights
- Location: Scottsdale, AZ
- Salary Range: $70,000 Annually
- Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work model after completing 90 days of training and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight:
- Lead and supervise the clinical team, including therapists, counselors, and holistic practitioners.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements in holistic healing modalities.
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding client care, treatment plans, and therapeutic techniques.
Program Development and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement holistic treatment programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in holistic healing practices and integrate them into our programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve program effectiveness based on client feedback and outcomes.
Staff Training and Development:
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of staff members.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to support the professional growth and development of team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of care.
Client Care and Support:
- Collaborate with intake coordinators to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for clients and their families, providing education and support throughout the healing journey.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee scheduling, billing, and documentation processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to develop policies and procedures that promote a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
Requirements
Required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with supervisory or managerial experience required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred, not required.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Licensed or certified as a therapist, counselor, or holistic practitioner (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMT, ND).
- Knowledge of holistic healing modalities, such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, energy healing, and mindfulness practices a plus
