Location: Goodyear, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full-Time
Travel Required: Goodyear / Downtown Phoenix
Salary / Hourly Rate: $50,000 - $55,000/year

Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, the Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful day-to-day operations of assigned clinic sites, delivering high-quality healthcare services to every patient. This includes overseeing operational efficiency, supervising department Leads and staff—including front desk personnel, medical assistants, surgery schedulers, and allergy technicians—and leading efforts to improve workflows and quality outcomes.
The Site Manager ensures the smooth functioning of critical systems, such as scheduling, clinic flow management, and referral tracking, while maintaining compliance with legal and operational standards. By fostering a patient-centric approach, this role aims to enhance overall clinic performance and ensure a positive experience for both staff and patients.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate clinical operations across all sites.
- Monitor and ensure clinical and operational performance goals are met at assigned clinic locations, optimizing staffing, appointment schedules, and workflows as needed.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience, addressing and resolving complaints and grievances in a timely, responsive manner.
- Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, and training to support efficient workflows, productivity, quality improvement, and customer service.
- Ensure adherence to practice policies, procedures, and standards concerning quality improvement, customer service, patient access, productivity, confidentiality, and electronic medical record management.
- Create, analyze, and present data and reports relevant to clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations affecting clinic operations, including participation in audits.
- Oversee and manage clinic staff, including front desk personnel, medical assistants, surgery schedulers, and allergy technicians.
- Lead efforts to improve quality outcomes and clinic operations, contributing to an enhanced staff and patient experience.
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare or medical setting.
