We're hiring a Client Operations Manager to lead and execute operational projects for our diverse clientele. This role requires strategic thinking, proactive project management, and the ability to design and implement tailored solutions. You’ll be responsible for driving projects forward and delivering measurable improvements to our clients' operations. Acting as a vital link between clients and our internal teams, you’ll ensure seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and the efficient delivery of services. With a focus on managing day-to-day client operations, you'll make sure services align with clients’ strategic goals. Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a client-first mindset are key to building lasting client relationships and partnerships.
Requirements
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement effective solutions
- Mastery in process development, documentation, and scaling operations
- High skill in communication and interpersonal connectivity to build and maintain client relationships
- Research aptitude to source solutions and uncover relevant information for clients
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making and process improvement
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Familiarity with relevant industry tools, common SaS platforms, and project management methodologies (e.g., CRM systems, Videoconferencing, Payment Platforms, Productivity Suites etc.,, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects for clients, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project goals
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and automate tasks
- Design tools and frameworks to support operational improvements
- Create presentations to present ideas and recommendations to the client
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and aligning them with service offerings
- Regularly meet with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability for deliverables
- Prepare regular reports on client performance, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Manage escalations and troubleshoot operational problems that may affect service delivery
