Chief Sustainability Officer (Mesa based)

We are currently seeking a Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) based in Mesa, Arizona, to lead our internal sustainability team and drive our company's sustainability strategy. As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with environmental and social responsibility goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's sustainability strategy.
• Evaluate and improve environmental and social responsibility policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance.
• Stay updated on global sustainability trends and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the sustainability team to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Chief Sustainability Officer or similar leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sustainable practices.
• Strong understanding of environmental and social responsibility principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in sustainability reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in managing and mentoring sustainability teams.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and certifications.
