Chandler - Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist the Branch Manager in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing company policies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of the branch.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales
• Ensuring exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Supporting training and development for branch employees
• Contributing to sales strategies and market assessments
• Reading, interpreting, and applying policies and procedures
• Assisting in preparing reports on branch performance and operations
• Promoting team collaboration and a positive work environment

Requirements

• Completion of SP3 or SP4
• Previous experience in retail or branch operations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, P21, and DOMO
