Business System Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements and rules.
2. Utilize Postman for API testing.
3. Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data.
4. Create detailed mockups and wireframes to communicate design concepts.
5. Test complex workflows and identify areas for improvement.
6. Review and execute automation tests, collaborating with QA engineers to ensure quality.
7. Develop clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
8. Ask questions and seek clarifications to fully understand complex business rules and processes.
9. Monitor and analyze system performance by reading logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
10. Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
3. Proficiency with Postman and MongoDB.
4. Experience in creating mockups and testing complex workflows.
5. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the ability to review and execute tests.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write detailed user stories and documentation.
7. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
8. Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to understand, ask questions, clarify, and document complex business rules.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the airline industry.
