Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in all processes.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure the financial health of the organization.
- Establish and maintain vendor contracts and relationships to optimize service delivery.
- Develop operational policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to streamline patient workflows and enhance the patient experience.
- Monitor KPIs to assess operational performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or medical services sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
