JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and high EQ individual to join our Business Development team as a Business Development Concierge. This position will play a vital role in supporting the Business Development team with responsibilities, including administrative support, event management, management of external relationships, and communication.

Salary: $85k-$95k, depending on experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build trust with current & future partners through prompt and professional communication and thoughtful touchpoints.
  • Serve as liaison with Integration & Operations from LOI to close process for the benefit of both future partner and internal teammates.
  • Provides administrative support to the Business Development team, such as drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and creating reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate SALT Dental's presence at industry conferences, including managing all logistics, such as booking travel and accommodation, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all conference materials are ready.
  • Manage and coordinate the annual internal growth summit, including booking venues, coordinating with keynote speakers and presenters, and ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of client events, including seminars and networking functions.
  • Support the Business Development team in follow-up activities and outreach to prospects and partners.
  • Develop and oversee the gifting process for current and potential business partners, tailoring them to their preferences and needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing professional and prompt assistance.
  • Track and maintain records of business development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role in business development, executive administration, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of data and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.
  • Experience in event management preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
  • Up to 50% travel required.
