Position Overview 
PrePass® is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Credit and Collections team. In this critical role, you will help safeguard our company’s financial health by analyzing financial data, identifying system issues, and resolving discrepancies. You will contribute to process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely resolution of operational challenges. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Data Analysis & Reporting 
  • Analyze financial data, including accounts receivable trends, aging reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Prepare and present insightful reports to management. 
  • Manage daily financial processes and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Process Improvement 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance financial processes and reduce operational risks. 
  • Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency within the department. 
  • Team Collaboration 
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure efficient and timely resolution of system and operational issues. 
  • Duties and Projects as Assigned 
  • Additional duties and projects may be assigned as required to support the Finance team and overall business objectives. 

Requirements

Qualifications 

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a finance-related role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. 
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. 
  • Self-Discipline: Highly motivated and organized with excellent time management abilities. 
  • Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field. 
  • Preferred Experience: High-volume B2B finance/collection/credit experience
